Build and organize an onboarding flow
A flow is reusable. Each invited person gets their own onboarding record, so you can improve a process without treating a questionnaire as a single shared document.
Create a draft
Open Flows and choose New flow. Select the audience and give the flow a descriptive name. Build manually or use the offered AI assistant to prepare a starting point. AI content still needs review for accuracy, tone, contract wording and requested access.
Arrange the steps
Start with a short welcome and clear expectations. Place the essential questionnaire early. Add tutorials, documents, scheduling or access steps only where the engagement needs them. Use the current builder's step list to inspect, duplicate, reorder or disable individual steps.
Design the presentation
Review the available presentation and design controls in the builder. Make headings readable, keep instructions concise and choose brand colors with sufficient contrast. Test any embedded media and links on a narrow screen. Flow interface language and your authored content need separate attention; see language and accessibility.
Save and review
Changes to an active flow are staged until publication. Preview the whole path, including branching and required fields, rather than reviewing only the first screen. Finish with publication checks and invitation setup.
