Understand invoices, services and payment status

The portal can show service offers and invoices when the agency has configured them. Availability and payment methods depend on the current account and setup.

For clients

Open the invoice in your authenticated portal, confirm the seller, service, amount, currency and due date, and follow only the intended payment path. An email saying an invoice is ready does not mean it has been paid. After an uncertain payment, check the portal and provider confirmation before trying again.

For agencies

Create invoices and service offers only for the agreed work. Review the current client members because invoice sends can go to portal members rather than the invoice's display billing text. Check the saved invoice and PDF before sending. A PDF preview alone does not issue or pay an invoice.

Recording an external payment

Only record a full external payment after the agency has verified receipt. Recording it updates the platform's record; it does not check a bank feed, transfer money or charge a card. Inspect existing paid state before repeating a receipt action.

Keep financial actions deliberate

Do not use a real payment, purchase, subscription or invoice email to test documentation. If an invoice is wrong, preserve its history and ask the responsible team to resolve the actual record. This manual does not establish any particular payment connection as active.
