Tutorials, signatures, scheduling and access

Use a step only when its configuration and purpose are clear. The available step catalog can differ by plan and deployment.

Tutorials

Use text, images and supported video to explain what happens next. Keep important instructions in text as well as media. Check external links and captions, and avoid a long video where a short numbered instruction would work better.

E-signature documents

Attach the approved document or prepare the intended agreement, then inspect every page and signature field in preview. Place fields on the actual signing lines without covering printed text. Confirm signer roles and the final document version. A submitted questionnaire is not proof that a contract was signed. Legal wording and signature actions require the responsible person's review.

Scheduling

Use the scheduler offered by the flow. Check the calendar, meeting duration, location and timezone before sharing. An embedded booking page does not prove an appointment exists: verify the resulting confirmation with its date and timezone.

Platform access

Request only the accounts and permissions needed for the work. Depending on the platform, clients may see an official authorization flow or guided instructions. An instruction shown in the flow is not proof that access was granted. Never request a client's password in a questionnaire or message.

Payment steps

Payment steps depend on the configured payment connection and the agreed engagement. Review the amount, currency and billing terms in the actual payment screen. Do not retry a payment after an uncertain result until the provider and saved record have been checked. This documentation review did not execute any charge or signature.
