Fix sign-in and invitation problems

Begin with the exact address, invited email and account. Creating another identity can make an access problem harder to diagnose.

Code or invitation not received

Check the spelling of the invited email, the inbox and spam folder. Follow the sign-in page's resend controls and use the latest code. Never share it in support chat. Ask the agency to inspect the original invitation state before sending a second invitation.

Signed in, but the client account is missing

Confirm you used the email that is a portal member and opened the intended agency's portal. An onboarding-flow invitation and a portal membership are different. Have the agency verify the correct client-account membership and role.

A link opens the wrong screen

A portal address opens sign-in or the ongoing workspace; a personalized link opens an assigned onboarding; a public flow link opens registration. Ask for the existing intended link rather than guessing paths or modifying someone else's URL.

Domain or origin errors

Record the hostname, time and visible error. A connection or origin error is different from an incorrect password. Keep the existing record and contact DigLab through support. Do not bypass certificate warnings or disable browser protections. A retry should follow a meaningful change or a temporary outage, not create more client records.
