Reuse flow drafts, milestone templates and playbooks

Reuse a structure to save setup time, then review it for the new engagement. A copied plan should never silently carry the previous client's private content.

Reuse a flow

Duplicate an appropriate flow as a draft, then check its current editable content, audience, design, questions, variables and provider actions. A duplicate can include staged edits from the source, not just its last published version. Check the result before publishing.

Reuse a delivery plan

Milestone templates hold a repeatable phase. Playbooks combine multiple templates into a delivery plan. Copy the intended templates into the correct client account, then review dates, responsibility and approval gates. These are different from an onboarding-flow template.

Reuse the portal home

Home templates provide a starting layout for client pages. Check all links, images and account-specific references after applying a layout. Portal default changes and account overrides interact; see portal customization.

Make the copy fit

Replace old project names, remove irrelevant tasks and verify attachments. Confirm that the assigned agency or client owner is the intended person. Publishing, inviting and sending notifications remain separate actions; a copied template is only the starting point.
