Organize client accounts and portal members

The client portal is for the ongoing relationship: delivery work, conversations, files and decisions after or alongside onboarding.

Choose the account structure

The workspace can display clients as people or companies. Choose the structure that matches how you deliver work. Confirm the account name and primary contact before attaching tasks or files. Do not merge similarly named companies without checking identity.

Add the intended members

Portal members belong to a particular client account. Invite only the people authorized to see that account and review the member role offered by the app. Agency teammates and client members are separate. A teammate invitation does not automatically create client access, and a flow invitation alone does not establish portal membership.

Review the client view

Check the account's home page, visible navigation, assigned work and file access. Client-specific overrides can change what this account sees. Keep internal notes, planning and agency-only files outside the client's view.

Keep access current

When a person leaves an engagement, review the supported membership removal path and its consequences. Preserve work and history. Do not change a client's password to troubleshoot an unrelated task or share one login among multiple people.
