Start here: choose your journey
DigLab Onboarding brings client intake and ongoing project work into one guided experience. This manual is for both the agency team that prepares the work and the client who completes it.
If you are a client
Start with your first visit. Open the exact invitation or portal address sent by DigLab, sign in with your invited email, and review your next steps. An onboarding link opens a particular flow; a portal sign-in opens your ongoing client workspace. They serve different purposes.
If you manage client work
Follow the agency quick start. Choose the workspace, prepare a flow, review the client experience, publish the intended version, then invite the intended person. Use the client portal for tasks, milestones, feedback and delivery after intake.
The objects you will use
- Workspace: the agency or team boundary for settings, flows and client work.
- Flow: a reusable sequence of onboarding steps.
- Onboarding: one person's assigned instance of a flow.
- Response: the answers and completed steps recorded for that onboarding.
- Client account: the ongoing company or person workspace in the portal.
- Milestone: a delivery phase with its own work and approval rules.
What this manual covers
Use the navigation for setup, flow building, client collaboration and troubleshooting. Feature availability explains which behavior is documented, which controls were inspected, and which actions depend on configuration. A hidden menu may reflect your role or the workspace setup.
