Frequently asked questions
Is onboarding the same as the client portal?
No. A flow collects or guides a particular onboarding. The portal holds ongoing client work, tasks, milestones, files and conversations. A flow can be linked into that relationship.
Does publishing send invitations?
Publishing makes the selected version available for invitations. It does not by itself enable public registration or invite everyone. Review invitation and public-link controls separately.
Can I reuse the same process?
Yes. Flows can be duplicated and delivery plans can use milestone templates and playbooks. Check the copied content, owners, attachments and dates before use.
Can clients have tasks and approvals?
Yes. Tasks can have client or agency responsibility, and milestone rules can designate approvers. The exact controls depend on the role and configured workflow.
Does a new version erase earlier feedback?
File versions keep earlier feedback with its original version, while a new version starts a fresh review. Preserve the version history and check which version is current.
Can I invite anyone by forwarding a portal link?
A link does not replace membership. The recipient must have the appropriate invited identity and access to the intended account. Ask the agency to provision the correct person.
Does changing a custom domain fix old links?
Domain changes can affect newly generated links without rewriting old ones. Disabling a domain can stop old custom-domain URLs from resolving. Review existing links before changing configuration.
Are every integration and advanced feature already connected?
No. Read feature availability, inspect the current workspace and verify the specific operation before relying on it.
