Configure emails, reminders and workflow actions

Separate a message template from the event that sends it. A template can be saved correctly while its trigger, provider connection or recipient is wrong.

Review sender and templates

Check workspace email branding, sender and reply-to details. Open the relevant system or custom template, review the subject, body, variables and sending-enabled state, then preview it. Do not remove protected authentication or access links from system emails.

Configure flow actions

The builder's Workflows tab can place email, webhook, SMS and conditional actions between steps. Review the recipient, condition and the data being shared. SMS needs its configured provider and can incur provider charges. A webhook can contain client answers: send it only to an approved destination.

Publish and inspect runs

Flow workflow edits, including pause changes, can be staged until the flow is republished. Check the live version and Run history when an action does not fire. A condition that does not match is different from a failed delivery.

Verify without flooding

Use preview before an authorized test send. Inspect accepted, failed or unknown results separately; accepted is not proof of inbox delivery. Keep one existing operation on an uncertain retry. Reminders and communications should have a clear purpose and intended audience.
